No. Mopay is a different app from Mobee. Mopay focuses on payments, including helping you get more everyday value from your crypto balance.
Mopay integrates with Mobee to make things easier for users who already have a Mobee account. You can connect your Mobee account to Mopay for a more convenient login and send funds from Mopay to Mobee based on the available options.

Can I send and receive assets to or from another exchange or a Web3 wallet?

Yes, for supported assets and networks available in Mopay.
Before receiving or sending assets, make sure the following details match so your assets do not get lost:
- The selected asset is supported in Mopay and in the destination wallet
- The selected network matches the destination wallet network
- The wallet address is correct and complete

How do I connect my Mobee account to Mopay?

1. Open the Mopay app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Connect account.
4. Select Mobee Exchange.
5. Log in with your Mobee account, then follow the on-screen steps to finish.

If you don't have a Mobee account yet, sign up in Mobee first, then repeat the steps above.

If you already have a Mobee account, connecting it to Mopay makes logging in easier. Once connected, you can also send funds from Mopay to Mobee based on the available options.

We may add more assets over time. Assets supported in both Mopay and Mobee can be sent from Mopay to Mobee via the Transfer menu. Available options will be shown before you confirm.

Are there any fees when using Mopay?

- Transfer to Mobee (Crypto): A gas fee applies, based on crypto asset and network you choose. 
- Transfer from Mopay to another exchange or Web3 wallet: A gas fee applies, based on the crypto asset and network you choose. The applicable fee is shown before you confirm the transaction. 
- Bank transfer via Virtual Account: Fees vary depending on the bank and method chosen. If BI-FAST is available, interbank transfer fees are usually lower than a regular online transfer. All fees are shown before you confirm. 
- Merchant payments (QRIS or other payment methods): Fees may apply depending on the payment method or merchant policy. If a fee applies, it's shown before you complete the payment in the Mopay app. 
- Swap: The swap rate already includes any applicable tax and fees.

I already have a Mobee account. Do I need to sign up again in Mopay?

Accepted Answer

No, as long as you've already passed KYC on Mobee. You can link your Mobee account and use it to log in to Mopay without verifying again. If you haven't passed KYC on Mobee yet, complete verification there first, or sign up for Mopay using another method.

What happens after my Mopay account is connected to Mobee?

Once linked, you can send crypto balance from Mopay to Mobee. A gas fee applies, and the amount depends on the network you choose.
