What are Mopay Points and Mopay Rewards?

Mopay Points are reward points you earn from your activity in Mopay. You can use them to pay for transactions or redeem them for discount vouchers on the Deals page. Mopay Rewards is where you view your points balance, browse featured vouchers, and check your points history.

What is 1 Mopay Point worth?

Accepted Answer

1 Mopay Point equals 1 Rupiah. So 10,000 Mopay Points are worth IDR 10,000 when you use them to pay or buy a voucher.

Question 3

Do Mopay Points expire? Can I transfer or cash them out?

Accepted Answer

• Mopay Points expire 1 year after the date you earned them. After that, they're removed automatically.
• Mopay Points can't be transferred to other users and can't be cashed out. They can only be used for transactions or vouchers in Mopay.

How do I earn Mopay Points?

You can find all the ways to earn under Ways to earn in the app:

- New user bonus: 35,000 Mopay Points after signing up and completing KYC.
- First QRIS payment (min. IDR 100,000).
- Swap crypto to IDR (min. IDR 500,000).
- Swap IDR to crypto (min. IDR 100,000).
- Refer a friend via the Referral program.
- Birthday bonus on your birthday.

What can I use Mopay Points for?

You can use Mopay Points to:
- Buy vouchers on the Deals page, from food and drinks to your favorite brands.
- Pay for transactions in Mopay, like QRIS payments at merchants.
- Get discounts when you shop or transact.

Question 6

How do I buy a voucher on the Deals page?

Accepted Answer

- Open Deals in the Mopay app.
- Tap the voucher you want, then tap Buy.
- Choose how to pay:
- Use Mopay Points (if your balance is enough).
- Use Mopay Balance (IDR).
- Points + Cash: combine Mopay Points with your Mopay Balance.

If your IDR balance is short, Mopay can auto-sell part of your crypto to IDR after you confirm.
Once you confirm, the voucher is added to My Vouchers right away.

Question 7

Where can I see the vouchers I've bought?

Accepted Answer

Open Deals then select My Vouchers. Your vouchers are grouped into:
• Purchased: The voucher is now yours. Open the details to activate the code.
• Activated: The voucher code is active and valid for 2 days. Use it before the code expires.
• Expired: The voucher wasn't activated and has expired.

To use a voucher, open its details, tap Redeem Deal Now, then show the voucher code to the merchant's cashier (redemption steps vary by voucher). Also check the redemption location and terms & conditions on the voucher detail page.

Question 8

My voucher purchase failed. What happens to my points or balance?

Accepted Answer

Don't worry, your points and balance are returned to your wallet automatically. You'll see a message like "Your funds/points have been returned to your wallet. Try again or pick another voucher". If this keeps happening, reach out to Mopay Support for help.
