- IDR Balance - Use the rupiah balance in your Mopay wallet

Binadigital is Mopay's official partner for QRIS payments. To use QRIS in Mopay, you need a Binadigital account linked to your Mopay account. Once linked, you can pay more easily with QRIS and earn points on payments at selected merchants.

How do I activate QRIS through Binadigital?

• If you already have a Binadigital account, just log in with your Binadigital account, then continue to Face Verification.
• If you don't have a Binadigital account yet, you'll be guided to open a new one through Mopay: fill in your details, verify your email, set a 6-digit Bina PIN, then continue to Face Verification.
Before you start, check the box for I agree to Mopay's Terms & Conditions.
Once your data is verified and your Binadigital account is active, Mopay connects automatically and is ready to use for QRIS.

My QRIS payment was cancelled, where did my funds go?

Accepted Answer

Your funds were forwarded to Binadigital as soon as you tapped confirm. If the payment is cancelled, you can move the funds back to your Mopay Pocket from the Pocket page.
