How can I track who I've invited?

On the Referral page, open the Friends Joined tab. You'll see everyone who signed up with your code, along with their status:

- Pending: signed up, but hasn't transacted yet.
- Successful: completed first transaction, and your bonus has been added.

You can also review the points you've earned in Activity or Point History: Referrall

Where can I find and share my referral code?

Open the Mopay app and go to the Referral page. From there you can:

- See your code under Your referral code.
- Tap Share to send it via WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, Mail, or any other app on your phone.
- Tap the Copy icon to copy the code or link and paste it anywhere.

My friend's status is still pending. Why haven't I received the bonus?

Accepted Answer

Pending means your friend signed up with your referral code but hasn't made their first transaction yet. You'll only earn points once your friend makes a QRIS payment of at least Rp 10,000. Encourage them to try QRIS so the status changes to Successful and your points are added right away.
