How do I top up using Virtual Account?

1. Open Top Up in Mopay
2. Select Virtual Account
3. Choose your bank
4. Copy the VA number shown
5. Open your bank's app or website
6. Transfer to that VA number
7. Your balance will arrive after your bank processes it (timing varies by bank).

How long does it take for my balance to arrive?

Accepted Answer

- Mobee Exchange: Usually only take seconds or minutes
- Virtual Account: Depends on your bank, usually minutes to a few hours
- Crypto: Depends on blockchain network speed.

Question 3

Can I receive crypto directly to my Mopay wallet?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for supported assets and networks.

Make sure you: 
- Select the correct asset (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC)
- Select the correct network, and verify the wallet address.

_The gas fee (network fee) is paid by the sender, not from your Mopay balance._

How do I top up my Mopay balance?

Accepted Answer

There are 3 ways:
• Mobee Exchange — If your Mobee Exchange account is already linked and verified, top up happens instantly.
• Virtual Account — Bank transfer to a VA number provided by Mopay. Processing time varies by bank
• External Exchange or Web3 Wallet — Receive crypto from another exchange or wallet (supported assets only).

What are the fees for each top up method?

Accepted Answer

• Virtual Account: An additional fee of Rp 2,000 applies per transaction.
• Mobee Exchange: Free for fiat (IDR) top-ups. Topping up with crypto incurs a gas fee based on the network used.
• Exchange / Web3 Wallet: Free, gas fee is paid by the sender.

All fees are shown before you confirm the transaction.

Does Mopay support top ups from any bank?

Currently, Virtual Account top-up is available for Bank Nobu. More banks will be added in the future.

Question 7

Is there a minimum limit for top ups?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The minimum top up amount is Rp 10,000 per transaction.
